Dropping off your vehicle (key) with a prescheduled appointment?

If you have a prescheduled appointment, you would have received a text message with your key code. Please keep your code handy prior to performing the next steps.

(Please do not use a key tag)


  1. Touch screen to start
  2. Tap "Key Drop Off"
  3. Tap "Use Keycode"
  4. Enter the code you received in your text message
  5. Tap enter and your key box will open
  6. Place Keys inside and securely close the door
  7. Your all set!

Dropping off without an appointment?

If you do not have an appointment and you are dropping your vehicle off in an emergency, Please follow the steps below.


  1. Open the box on the left (Mailbox)
  2. Please take any available key tag. (1)
  3. Attach tag to your keys
  4. Touch the screen on the box to the right
  5. Touch "Key Dropoff"
  6. Scan the tag on the sensor image
  7. An available designated box will open
  8. Place your keys in the box (with the tag)
  9. Securely close the box
  10. Fill out the "Vehicle Emergency Drop Off Form" so we know who you are, and why your vehicle is here, with a way to contact you. Please note: We will not perform any work on your vehicle without speaking to you prior. (Even if you fill out the form),

Picking up your vehicle?

After your vehicle is complete, If you have requested to pickup your vehicle outside of business hours, you will receive a text message with a key code. Please keep your key code handy prior to performing the next steps.


  1. Touch screen to start
  2. Tap "Key Pickup"
  3. Enter the code you received in your text message
  4. Tap enter and your key box will open
  5. Remove your keys from the box and kindly close the door
  6. Your all set. Have a wonderful day and since you have your phone out, don't forget to leave us a positive review on Google!
